The Role

Ideally suited to an MBA student,?Psychology?or business studies graduate who is interested in motivating?people to achieve high?performance at work. We are looking for interns who will evangelise about our innovative performance management software Actus and help us find new customers to work with. Once we find these customers there will be the opportunity to deliver training to them and build long lasting customer relationships.

If you are keen to get into HR or Learning and development within a business, this is an ideal role as we will?provide you with?significant personal development that will be of value to you now and in the future.

An aptitude or interest in sales is important, although we will give sales and product training, it is more important that you are hard working and keen to achieve. There is also the opportunity to earn significant commission on any direct or referral sales made.
